Our company has been engaged in the production of rice mills, oil presses, grain elevators, storage & conveying machines for nearly 50 years, and formed perfect after service system in China. For our products, we make the following promises:
Plan We will contact the users who order our products within one week after the contracts taking effect and negotiate with them about the delivery and technical problems.
Installation & Debugging The small units (excluding MLNJ15/15, LN15) are installed and debugged under the guide of professional after service technicians till the users are satisfied. And the installation & debugging of the whole projects are presided over by one or two technologists on site. These technologists all have three years or longer related working experience.
Site Training We will support users with site training and spread the knowledge of installation, operation, maintenance and matters needing attention to their technicians to help them master and use equipment as soon as possible.
Determination of Warranty Period Usually, the warranty period is six months since the date of the acceptance of installation and debugging of the products listed on the contract. In cases of unpunctual installation caused by users’ reasons, the warranty period is six month since the delivery date prescribed on the contract.

Replacement of Fittings and Components
For the damages caused by defective fittings and components, we will provide on-site service and freely repair or replace the damaged parts; for the damages caused by artificial factors, the repair and replacement will be reasonably charged.
Problem Response
The users should inform our company as soon as something is wrong with the equipment. For operational faults, we will give solution plans within four hours after receiving the inform; as to the faults of equipment, we will send technicians to the scene for repair ( within 24 hours for inside the province, 48 hours for other domestic regions, and 12 hours for the special cases that affecting production).For oversea customers,we shall give quickly response according to cutomers' detail feedback.
Service during the Defects Liability Period
It enters the defects liability period after the warranty period expires. During the period, we will continue to provide after service for the damaged equipment, and we will only charge the material fee for the repair and replacement of the damaged components.
The charging standard of repair service is RMB200/day for per after service engineer and RMB 120 /day for per common maintenance personnel
Spare Part Service
We have sufficient spare parts and fittings all year round and can provide timely technical service and spare parts to the users.

We provide free training services of operation, maintenance, etc. to the operators of users and the Manual of Use and Maintenance.
After equipment are sold out, we will carry out follow-up service, visiting the users in due time and conducting technical guide to bring put the best of the equipment.
